Same thing happend to me but dont worry i know how to fix it ok ?
so when u downloaded it it should have had a bunch of dll files and what not what u wanna do is make sure u have them in the same location on your pc as the wx ripper ok hope it helped

I am using a 7.95GB DVD movie but I still receive the message from both WXRipper and WX360 that the “Hotswap DVD is too small.” This is also regardless of what 360 game I attempt to copy. Any suggestions would be welcome.

google it, but u might need winRAR first. i couldnt download many things untill i got winRAR, just google winRAR its free i think.
