When burning downloaded games you will need to have a flashed xbox 360 in order to be able to use them. Also when you’re using downloaded games, you run the risk of being permanently banned from using xbox live.
Microsoft has become increasingly aware of the use of downloaded pirated games that they have increased their security through xbox live. Microsoft is able to recognise when a console is using a pirated game and if the console is flashed. The console’s unique CPU is recorded and then permanently banned from xbox live. This means that in order for you to be able to get back onto xbox live, you will need to purchase an entirely new console!
This isn’t the issue when using copied games. With your game copier software you will be able to completely duplicate the original game disc that can the be used in your xbox without it needing to be flashed. The game will read just as the original disc and you won’t be at risk of being banned from xbox live.
